Planning permission approved for new parking area

We’re really pleased to share that planning permission for a new parking area at Gamrie Gardens has officially been approved.

It has taken over 15 months from starting the process to receiving the final decision, so reaching this point feels like a very meaningful milestone for the project.

The new parking area will help improve access to the gardens and support the site as we continue to grow. Better access will make a real difference to the day-to-day running of the project, and to the experience of those visiting, volunteering, and growing with us.

As with many things at Gamrie Gardens, this has taken a lot of patience, persistence, and behind-the-scenes work. We’re grateful to have reached this stage at last.

We’d also like to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way - whether through practical help, donations, encouragement, advice, or simply by following the journey and cheering us on. It means a lot.
